Registration Questions
How much does the conference cost?
$670 Early Registration Fee – On or before April 30, 2008
$795 Full Registration Fee– After April 30, 2008
$ 50 Multiple Discount
After first full-paid registration
Registrants must be from the same practice to receive the multiple discount


What if I register and then cannot attend? Can I get my money back?
Conference Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be received by May 15, 2008. A $50 cancellation fee will apply. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for check refunds. No refunds will be made after May 15, 2008.


Can I pay by credit card? If so, which do you accept?
Yes, we accept the following credit card payments on our secure registration website (SSL): Visa, American Express, MasterCard.


May I pay by check? If so, do you accept both company and personal checks?
Yes, both company and personal check payments are accepted. To pay by check, please mail a copy of your email registration confirmation along with a check made payable to Sage Software to the following address:

May I pay by company Purchase Order (PO) and be billed for the registration fee?
Registrations may be paid by check or credit card. Purchase orders are not accepted at this time.

Networking Questions
What if I want to network with a certain Sage Software employee? How would I set that up in advance?
If there is a particular Sage Software employee that you'd like to meet with, simply contact that person to determine whether they'll be attending the event. If they are, you can make arrangements to meet them during a break or social event.


How can I interact with other users in my medical specialty, geographic area, or on my product line?
One of the most important missions of 2008 National InterAct Conference is to facilitate interaction between our customers and their peers. Our customers find these interactions inspiring and informative. There will be extensive opportunities to interact with your peers during the conference such as lunches, receptions and special events.


If I sign up in advance for certain tracks or breakout sessions when registering, can I change my mind when I get to the conference?
Yes, but please try to make your registration information as accurate as possible. You may update your registration information if necessary.

Transportation Questions
Is there transportation to the hotel from the airport? What does it cost?
Shuttle service is available at the airport by Mears Transportation. The cost for round trip service is approximately $31 per person.


Is there high speed and/or wireless internet connectivity in the conference center?
Complimentary email access will be available to attendees in the conference center at the Internet Café.


Is there high speed and/or wireless internet connectivity in my hotel room?
Internet access in the hotel rooms is available for the cost of $14.95 per day.

Local Area Questions
What is there to do in Orlando? Where should I go to dinner?
Orlando is one of the world’s great destinations. Recreational activities such as golf, sporting activities and spa treatments exist right within the conference host hotel, the Renaissance Orlando Resort at SeaWorld.

General Questions
Can I bring a guest/spouse to the conference?
Feel free to bring a guest or spouse with you to Orlando to enjoy the city. Attendance at the 2008 National InterAct Conference is limited to registered attendees.


What is the recommended dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended. Be prepared to dress in layers; the conference area may be cool.


What is the weather going to be like so I'll know how to dress?
Average high temperature in June is 91 degrees and night time low is 71 degrees. To get the most updated weather report for Orlando during the conference, go to www.weather.com.


Should the physicians from my office attend?
Yes, we encourage physician participation as well clinical support staff.


How can my family/guests get a message to me while I am in session?
If you don't have a mobile phone, please contact the Renaissance Orlando Resort at SeaWorld directly at Ph: (800) 800-327-6677 (toll free). Each room is also equipped with a telephone that has a messaging system.

Breakout Questions
Are the breakout tracks geared toward my product line?
Yes. The breakout tracks are related to the practice management software that your practice uses (i.e., The Medical Manager by Sage, Intergy by Sage, Intergy EHR by Sage, etc.). There are some sessions that are universally applicable across product lines. You are free to attend any session you please, however, Enterprise sessions are limited to practices with over 24 doctors.


Does a breakout in the Intergy by Sage track for Management Reporting pertain to me if I have The Medical Manager by Sage software?
While you are free to attend any session you choose, those sessions in a particular product line will be geared to users of that product. However, if you're a user of The Medical Manager by Sage but wish to get exposed to the Intergy by Sage product by sitting in on some Intergy by Sage sessions, you may.


Is the Intergy EHR by Sage track for everyone or a certain product line?
The Electronic Health Record (EHR) breakout track is intended for those users of clinical applications. However, you are free to attend any session you choose to learn more about a particular product, even if you're not a current user of that product line.


How do I express an interest to be a speaker?
If you'd like to be a participant in a customer case study presentation, please contact us. Indicate where your interest lies and provide contact information.

Handout Questions
Can I get a copy of the materials distributed at the conference?
Most Microsoft PowerPoint presentations will be available for download on this website after the conclusion of the conference.


Can I get a list of all attendees at the conference?
To protect the privacy of its customers, it is not customary for Sage Software to distribute a list of all registrants at the conference. We do, however, provide networking opportunities and encourage you to make contact with your peers and to exchange business cards.
